Just read Predictable Results in Unpredictable Times by Stephen Covey on my Kindle. It's a great short read–it's reader friendly, immediately applicable, and answers some of the tough issues I'm facing today at work.

Thanks Stephen Covey for delivering short and easy to grasp principles I can use. I came away with some great ideas on how to motivate the people on my team. Glad to downloaded the book while on vacation!
